With a private entrance, New Orleans-inspired character, and shared pool access waiting in the courtyard, this is a base that gives you the full NOLA experience without sacrificing comfort.

Living space
The living area carries the neighborhood's creative spirit into your stay - smart TV with streaming for the nights you want to stay in, dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi for staying connected, and room-darkening shades, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating to keep things comfortable whatever the weather brings.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to four guests across two beds and a sofa bed. Bed linens, towels, and hangers are provided, and the bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels so you can arrive light.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen covers everything from a first cup of coffee to a sit-down meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics. The dining table is there when you'd rather eat in - or use it as a launchpad before stepping back into the street.

Outdoor living
Shared access to the pool, courtyard, and outdoor furniture gives you a place to exhale between the city's moving parts. A slow morning outside or a post-concert wind-down in the open air hits differently when Frenchmen Street is just beyond the gate.

Location
One of New Orleans' most beloved stretches, Frenchmen Street is where live music venues, local restaurants, and genuine neighborhood culture converge. A digital guidebook with curated picks is provided to help you find your footing. Paid parking is available off-premises at a nearby lot (p409). Note that music, foot traffic, and street energy are a consistent part of the Frenchmen experience - especially evenings and weekends. That's the real thing.

Additional amenities include a hair dryer, iron, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, babysitter recommendations, and exterior security cameras covering the backyard, front of building, and atrium. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are on-site. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival smooth and flexible. A washer is not available at this property.
