• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. • The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA.
