Cozy up with some hot chocolate watching cable television and keeping warm by the fireplace. This townhome is now dog-friendly! It also features a full kitchen, perfect for whipping up a meal with plenty of seating for dining with the entire group! Your private balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs where you can sit down and take in the views and enjoy the fresh air.

Visit the outlet mall, just three miles away, rent a boat at Dillon Marina, three miles east, or head out on one of several local hiking trails that wind around the reservoir. Summit County also offers an abundance of world-class fishing, skiing, and sight-seeing, while I-70 is just a five-minute drive for easy travel to any part of Colorado.

Everything was great. The host was very responsive, my toddler son ended up breaking something and they were so great making sure that he was okay first and then being very understanding.

Place was very clean and comfortable, although dated.Vacasa (owner/manager) personnel were very helpful and responsive. The unit was as promised.One thing to keep in mind which I did not realize until arrival is that this unit has no dining area/table/chairs .... the only eating option are 3 low stools at a counter.

The location was good and a trail I like for my daily walk was near by and I only needed spikes and not snowshoes. Looks like the carpet and coach were replaced recently.

Communication and all the hosting duties was great. Main issue was they need updated furniture and carpet was very dirty.
