Lovely clean Villa in a quiet setting with brilliant sea views. Good location with supermarkets just a 5 minute walk away and a nice marina around a 12 minute walk away that is full of different bars and restaurants. A nice beach is also just round the corner from the marina. The view of sunset from the roof terrace was spectacular. The villa itself was lovely, with spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a nice pool area and very well equipped with everything you'd need. The villa was also very clean and had great Air Conditioning.

The ground when exiting through the gate in the garden is very uneven and could do with some maintenance, most other properties on the street seemed to have paths whereas this was just a dirt path with some bushes in the way which was a bit of a trip hazard. In addition its maybe not so clear on the pictures that there is a road between the property and the sea view, whilst the road itself is quiet in terms of moving traffic there are quite a lot of cars which park on it which can restrict the sea view unless you go to the roof of the property. This gets particularly bad at night time where the road becomes full of parked cars to watch the sunset around the corner, making the villa a bit less private and definitely hampering the sea view. A minor point but we found that the pool didn't have the best filtration, whilst someone did come to clean it during our stay the lack of filtration meant that it could gather quite a few leaves and petals and the odd fly. I did reach out to the property regarding this to see if there was an issue with the pool as the water wasn't circulating at all, but they informed me that the jets within the pool only come on at night. Finally, the grill on the outside barbeque was very dirty, well used and actually rusty in some places which meant we didn't use it, it could do with being replaced. However this is forgivable as the rest of the property inside and out was very clean.
