Welcome to La Maison du Lac, in Bredannaz (Doussard), with your feet in the setting of Lake Annecy. A house designed to enjoy the water and the mountains, in a warm and natural atmosphere. Up to 8 guests, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The living rooms
A large solid wood table for 8 guests, bathed in light from two bay windows: the lake on one side, the garden on the other.
A cosy living room with a deep sofa, fireplace and custom-made bookcase, ideal for evenings.
A fully equipped kitchen (ovens, hob, large island, crockery) open to the living rooms.
The 3 bedrooms
Cane headboards and quality linen, with real views: lake or mountains.
Storage space and reading area with a view.
The 2 bathrooms
A freestanding bathtub under a glass roof, facing the summits.
A walk-in shower, with neatly styled washbasins.

Terrace facing the lake with fire pit and plancha.
Pontoon and picnic area by the water.
Flower garden and large lawns.
Rental companies charge up to €399 per week. We pay €120 for an adult bike. Children's bikes and the baby cart? Offered.

You can enjoy the whole house and the outdoors (terrace, garden, pontoon). Private parking available with automatic gate.
On the lake side, access to the beach is only from the right side (looking at the lake); the rest is reserved for the owners.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest, a Stannah automatic stairlift is fitted to the stairs.
It allows people with reduced mobility or disabilities to reach the floors easily and effortlessly.
Walid, your reception agent, remains available throughout your stay in case of needs.
When you arrive, he welcomes you and gives you a few useful recommendations for your safety and comfort: operation of the house, access to the lake, small reflexes to have.
Living nearby, he knows the region perfectly. Don't hesitate to ask him for his good addresses: restaurants, quiet coves, walks, activities on the water... he will be able to guide you to the best of the lake.
Access to the beach:
The beach is located on the other side of the road. To get there, you must cross the road, be careful, especially with children.
Lakeside and pontoon: essential supervision of children.
The owner cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs in the house, when crossing the road, or at the level of the private pontoon.
