Modern open living spaces, full kitchen, game room, and in-unit laundry provide comfort for families who want privacy and fun steps away from the parks.

Welcome to a Holistays Disney home, where every stay feels seamless. Managed by our local team specializing in Disney-area vacation homes, we ensure spotless cleaning, responsive 24/7 support in multiple languages, concierge assistance at no extra cost, and the comfort of a resort-style experience from check-in to check-out.

This modern 5-bedroom villa in Formosa Valley sits 8 minutes from Magic Kingdom, offering the privacy families need after long park days. The open floor plan connects living, dining and kitchen areas where everyone gathers for breakfast before heading out or movie nights after fireworks. Three king suites give parents and grandparents their own retreat, while themed rooms turn bedtime into part of the vacation for kids who spent the day meeting characters.

The private pool becomes the afternoon reset between morning at Animal Kingdom and evening at Epcot, and the game room keeps teenagers entertained when younger siblings nap. In-unit laundry handles the inevitable juice spills and sunscreen-stained shirts without a trip to a shared facility.
