Located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, and consisting of a single open-plan space. Living room with a double bed, a single bed, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates, and an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.

The price includes:

Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash; varies depending on the period; mandatory according to municipal regulations.



- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.
