Cocoonr offers this charming 25 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Grospierres, less than 5 minutes from the Chassezac beach. It has a shared swimming pool and private jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 15 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x190) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On the mezzanine :
- A sleeping area with a single bed (90x190) and a queen-size bed (160x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine.

Outside:
- A saltwater swimming pool (5x11m), heated, shared and secured by a barrier. Open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A private jacuzzi for 4 people, available all year round.
- A private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared garden of around 1,000 m² with barbecue and garden furniture

The flat is ideally located in Grospierres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Other remarks :
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (one pet only, cat or dog). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed in the shared pool area. Please pick up after your pet during your stay.
- The gate to the shared pool area must be kept closed after each use to ensure everyone's safety.
- A barbecue is available in the communal areas. Please clean it carefully after each use so that everyone can enjoy it in the best possible conditions.
- As the outside areas are shared, we would be grateful if you could ensure everyone's comfort and peace and quiet. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume, but is not permitted around the shared swimming pool.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices are indicative and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be applied.
