Article 1: Definitions

1.1 Guest: any person staying at Évasion Marine as part of a reservation.

1.2 Host: owner or manager of the Évasion Marine accommodation.

1.3 Accommodation: Évasion Marine one-bedroom apartment made available for the stay.

Article 2: Maximum Number of Guests

2.1 The maximum number of guests permitted is 4 people, including adults, children, and infants.

2.2 Any additional guests not declared at the time of booking are strictly prohibited without the host’s prior written consent.

2.3 Parties, parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Article 3: Special Requests

3.1 Any special request must be made in writing prior to arrival.

3.2 The host reserves the right to accept or deny any request based on the accommodation’s capacity, the condominium rules, and applicable regulations.

Article 4: Respect for the Accommodation

4.1 Guests agree to use the accommodation, furniture, equipment, and common areas with care.

4.2 Any damage, breakage, or malfunction noticed during the stay must be reported immediately.

4.3 Noise disturbances are prohibited, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

4.4 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation.

4.5 Pets are not allowed unless the host has given prior written consent.

Article 5: Garage and Parking

5.1 A secure private underground garage is available during your stay.

5.2 Access to the garage is via a narrow and relatively short ramp, suitable for standard-sized light vehicles. Long or wide vehicles may have difficulty maneuvering.

5.3 The garage is reserved for parking one light vehicle.

5.4 The host shall not be held liable for any theft, damage, or incidents that may occur to parked vehicles.

Article 6: Security

6.1 Guests agree to lock doors, windows, and entryways when they are away.

6.2 Any dangerous or inappropriate use of equipment is prohibited.

6.3 Charging electric vehicles using outlets in the residence or garage is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 7: Penalties for Noncompliance

7.1 Any violation of these rules may result in:

A partial or total forfeiture of the security deposit;
Billing for any damages found;
Immediate eviction without refund;
Any necessary legal proceedings to recover amounts owed.
Article 8: Acceptance of the Rules

8.1 Any reservation with Évasion Marine implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 9: Security Deposit

9.1 General Principle

A security deposit is required to cover any damages, losses, damage, additional costs, or failure to comply with the rules.

9.2 Amount

The security deposit is set at 800 € in the form of a secure, non-debited credit card authorization.

9.3 Refund

The security deposit will be released after the property has been inspected, within a maximum of 7 days following departure.

9.4 Deductions

In the event of damage, deterioration, exceptional cleaning, loss of keys, remote control, or any other breach, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld upon presentation of supporting documentation.

9.5 Disputes

An amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Article 10: Vacation Insurance

10.1

The traveler certifies that they are covered by liability insurance that includes vacation coverage for any damage that may be caused to the accommodation, its facilities, common areas, or third parties during the stay.

10.2

Proof of insurance may be requested before or during the stay.

10.3

In the absence of sufficient coverage, the traveler remains personally liable for any damage caused.

10.4

Temporary vacation insurance may be offered at check-in via the CapitalChic traveler portal.

10.5

Any claim must be reported to the host as soon as possible so that it can be processed by the relevant insurance providers.

Article 11: Environmental Responsibility & Energy Management

11.1

Travelers agree to behave in an environmentally responsible manner.

11.2 Air Conditioning

Recommended temperature: 25°C in summer;
Windows must remain closed when the air conditioning is running;
The air conditioning must be turned off during extended absences.

11.3 Responsible Energy Use

Travelers agree to turn off lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use.

11.4 Excessive Consumption

Any consumption that is clearly abnormal or any misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

Article 12: Check-out from the Accommodation

Before checking out, guests agree to:

Turn off the air conditioning;
Close the windows and doors;
Take out the trash;
Wash or run the dishwasher;
Adhere to the check-out time specified in the reservation;
Return the keys according to the instructions provided.
Article 13: Amendments to the Rules

13.1

The host reserves the right to amend these house rules at any time.

13.2

Any amendment shall take effect as soon as it is communicated to the guests.
