Step inside and you’ll find a light and welcoming single-storey villa with fresh, comfortable décor throughout. The open-plan living space is designed for easy family time, with soft sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding doors leading straight out to the pool deck. Nearby, the fully-equipped kitchen features warm wooden cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a handy breakfast bar for casual bites.

There’s plenty of space to dine together too, whether you’re gathering around the main dining table or enjoying quick snacks at the kitchen counter before heading out for the day. The living area has a calm, coastal feel, with pale blue seating, tiled floors, and plenty of natural light streaming in from the patio doors.

Outside, the screened patio is a real highlight. Take a dip in the private pool, sink into the spa, or stretch out on a lounger beneath the Florida sunshine. For evening fun, the garage games room is ready with pool, air hockey, and foosball, giving everyone a place to hangout when they’re not at the parks.
