Only registered guests at the time of booking to be on the property.

We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named-storm. As a general rule we will only refund or allow a date change if Local authorities have issued a voluntary evacuation order for our area.

Hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply.
