This modern and elegant, fully equipped apartment, located in a beautiful building in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, boasts an exceptional location. You'll be immersed in the heart of quintessential Paris, within easy reach of the neighborhood's iconic shops: Café de Flore, the Saint-Germain church, the banks of the Seine, art galleries, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Le Bon Marché department store, and the Hôtel Lutetia. The Space:
Large 26 m² studio apartment on the 4th floor with elevator:
- 1 large living room with a double bed
- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator)
- 1 shower room with toilet
Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning is carried out by qualified staff.
Please note: Renovation works are ongoing in the building. One apartment on the 1st floor is under renovation until 30 August, and another on the 2nd floor until the end of September. Daytime construction noise may occur.
