The apartment offers a cabin atmosphere with practical functionality. From the living room, you can enjoy views of the lake, and in summer you can relax on the terrace in the evening sun before taking a dip just below. The open floor plan creates natural meeting places for the whole group.

The rooms are spacious and give an airy feeling. You can easily adjust the lighting to suit the mood. The modern apartment, built in 2018, is located on the ground floor of a small building with direct access to nature.

The terrace is a natural starting point for trips down to the lake. The location combines proximity to the city center with peaceful surroundings, perfect for both relaxation and activity.

In winter, you have ski trails in all directions. Visit Rustad Hotel for traditional food and homemade waffles, or Låven Restaurant with live music on weekends. In summer, July offers concerts and events, while the mountain peaks of Snørvillen, Sollifjell, Sjusjøfell, and Reinsfjellet invite you to go hiking.
