The property is located in Via della Principessa, one of the most sought-after areas of San Vincenzo, along the stunning Etruscan Coast. Here the sea and unspoiled nature come together to create one of the most charming corners of the Tuscan shoreline.
Just a short walk away you will find the famous Spiaggia della Principessa, known for its fine golden sand and crystal-clear waters with gently sloping seabeds, making it perfect for families and children. The coastline alternates between free beaches and well-equipped beach clubs, offering the chance to enjoy the sea exactly as you prefer.
This area is also surrounded by a unique natural setting: nearby lies the beautiful Parco Naturale Costiero di Rimigliano, a protected coastal park stretching for several kilometers along the sea, featuring Mediterranean pine forests, sand dunes and shaded paths ideal for walking, jogging or cycling.
The location is also perfect for those who want to combine nature with convenience. The lively center of San Vincenzo, with its charming marina, seafood restaurants, shops and pleasant seafront promenade, can be reached in just a few minutes.
Living or staying in Via della Principessa means enjoying one of the most desirable areas of the Tuscan coast: quiet, green and close to the sea, while still being within easy reach of all services and local attractions.
