There are several barbecues on the property, perfect for long summer evenings with delicious food and a glass of local wine.

And the best part? The sea is just a few minutes’ drive away. The charming seaside town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci offers beautiful sandy beaches and restaurants for that ultimate vacation feeling. Castagneto Carducci and the famous Bolgheri, with its iconic cypress-lined avenue, are also nearby.

Apartment 3 is a spacious and simply furnished apartment, particularly suitable for large families who need plenty of sleeping space.

It is important to note that the main entrance to the apartment is located in the double bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom also serves as the passageway to the rest of the apartment.

Guests can also choose to enter through the kitchen door, which opens directly onto the private terrace.

On the first floor, you’ll find:

a simple but fully equipped kitchen,
the double bedroom, which serves as the entryway,
a sleeping loft (soppalco) above this room, with two single beds—a nice spot for children or extra guests.

The upper floor consists of:

a room with a 1½-person bed (twijfelaar) and its own bathroom, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom.

With its many sleeping accommodations and two bathrooms, this apartment is particularly well-suited for large families or groups looking for plenty of space and an affordable stay, and who don’t mind the less practical entrance through the bedroom.

Thanks to the thick, traditional walls, the interior stays pleasantly cool even on hot summer days. Do you still need some extra cooling? Fans can be provided free of charge upon request. Two rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for a fee.
