Very clean , quiet with up to date finishes. Due note that it is in a very quiet residential suburb so if you plan to go into the Vancouver metro area you will have to Uber to the train or walk to a bus stop,( if you don't have a car) for a 30 min ride to the train. I just used ride share apps Commute to Waterfront station took me about 45 min total. I found the train to be very timely and reliable..
It is located in a residential suburb so there are no stores or restaurants in the immediate area. If you are using public transit only keep this in mind. They do provide a full fridge microwave and coffee and tea pot. I grabbed a few breakfast items before heading back for the night.

Rainforest showerhead was amazing. Impeccably clean room in a quiet neighborhood. There are a couple of restaurants and grocery store in a 0.5-1 mile radius of the property and area is very walkable. Fantastic that a washer & dryer is provided.
