Beautifully designed house, amazing layout on ground level with open doors towards swimming pool and garden. Great pool, nice sun deck chairs to relax. Very comfortable and stylish bedrooms, top floor bedroom with beautiful view over the sea! Very tasty breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh bread, prepared right in front of you in the kitchen. No request with regard to dietary requirement is too much for the team! Very helpful with restaurant, trip and spa recommendations. Smaller cafes, restaurants, little shops and ATM are close by so that you don’t even have to get a taxi for the 10min drive to Hoi An.
We didn’t get to visit the beach and sea right attached outside the property due to works on the beach. It just means we’ll have to come back (which is not a difficult decision 😊) Nothing to improve beyond that!

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of extraordinary.
The staff was polite, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly flexible.
The property itself was remarkably clean and well-maintained, both inside and out.
We loved the pool, and the location is fantastic—surrounded by numerous restaurants and a gym, with the Old Town just a short taxi ride away.
