家族5人(大人)で宿泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフは外国の方でしたが、丁寧に対応して頂いて、無理な要望にも答えていただきとても良かったです。とても丁寧で真剣で一生懸命さが伝わってきて、日本人が対応するよりとても気持ちが良かったです。ベットが気持ちよくて、過去一でした。雨が酷い時だったので、乾燥機が使えて良かったです。1つのフロアに1部屋しかないので、他人を気にすることなく過ごせました。絶対また泊まります！
9月ですが、雨が酷かったため、寒くて暖房を付けたら、臭い匂いも一緒に出てきました。ベッドに掛け布団が無いのが何故なのか。。地デジが見れませんでしたが、YouTubeが見れたのでまだ退屈せずに過ごせました。他は全て完璧✨️

Amazing apartment, great size for our family of 5 (3 young children). Property has lift and the front desk reception. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us in all sorts of request (from helping with the washing machine and providing a drying rack - to communicating with our airport transfer). Would recommend this stay based on the service received from staff. Delfina and Yuto were beyond exceptional staff. Thank you.
It would be beneficial to be able to contact the front desk easier. instructions in English on how to use the appliances may also be beneficial for customers. location would be great with family with older children, and couples. We did find it a bit tiring travelling with the pram to the station, with the closest entry at the station with only stairs. but doable.

It is a great choice for accommodation, especially for family trips. We traveled as a party of two adults and two children. The living space was spacious enough, and the indoor amenities were fully equipped. The location is very convenient, making it super easy to take the subway or grab a taxi right outside.
The only downside was that almost every midnight, motorcycles would roar past. Even staying on a high floor, we could still hear them clearly, especially from the bed near the window. During our stay, we also experienced an earthquake—our phones suddenly set off emergency alerts in the middle of the night, and the building shook violently, which gave us quite a scare for about two minutes.

When I booked this place, there was only one review posted on Booking, so it felt a bit like a gamble. No worries: this was only because the place had just opened a few weeks prior. The appartment is absolutely perfect on all counts: comfort, location, staff. Truly a gem!
