I had such a warm and wonderful experience during my stay here in Chennai. ❤️ I especially want to thank Chetan Pal and Rahan. I first met them through the hotel and I never imagined that they would help me so much and become such a meaningful part of my time in Chennai. I had some unexpected problems at my previous hotel and thanks to their kindness and support I was able to come here and feel safe and comfortable again. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. 🙏 Chetan Pal is an amazing chef. The food was delicious and you could really feel the care and warmth in every meal. 😊 It was not just good food. It felt like the food was made with genuine kindness and consideration for the guests. Rahan was also incredibly kind and attentive. He always made sure that I was comfortable and helped me whenever I needed something. His warm and thoughtful service meant a lot to me. 🥹❤️ And honestly every other staff member I met was so kind and welcoming as well. From the food to the service there was a genuine warmth that made me feel at home. I enjoyed my stay so much that I honestly did not want to leave the hotel while I was in Chennai. 🥹 It became a place where I could relax and feel comfortable during my trip. What made this stay truly special was not only the food or the hotel itself but the people. Chetan Pal Rahan and all the staff made my time in Chennai much more memorable. ❤️ If I come back to Chennai I would absolutely love to stay here again. I hope I can see everyone again and enjoy the food and warm hospitality one more time. 😊 Thank you so much for taking care of me and making me feel welcome. No person to take luggage when you arrive This is not to be listed in hotels, this is BUDGET BUDGET HOTEL They charge too much, 4000 per night after discount. They don't serve breakfast even after such a high room rate The rooms are so small, this is a budget hotel The bathing place is very very small The table next to the bed is very very small The bed had only one side, the other side is fixed to the wall, they are robbing with fake photos There is no support for checkout luggage carrying by room service The paid breakfast they don't give ala-cart, they make you pay for the whole buffet.
