No hot water

Bed was comfortable.

Our room smelled musty. I set my backpack on the floor & a couple of hours later it was covered with ants. I had left trail mix in the backpack. Floor was dirty, refrigerator in common area hadn't been cleaned out in weeks, bathroom hot water in sink did not work. We left & found another place down the street for slightly more money and 💯 better. It looks like they were doing some remodeling downstairs, so maybe improvements will be made. It definitely needs it.

Breakfast was excellent. Dorm room was clean. The common area is a really nice place to sit and get some work done. Rooms were nice and cool. Lockers had actual keys to them and were pretty large too!

This property advertises itself as a hotel, but it is a hostel at best. It was impossible to get a good nights rest. Construction work in the basement woke us up every morning at 7am. Then there are the drunken teenagers screaming to each other down the corridors as they return from the clubs at 3am. Then trying to eat your breakfast with the strong smell of pot wafting throughout the dining area and the staff ignoring it. The double room is beyond basic. No bench to place luggage on. No clothes rack to hang clothes. Not even a hook to hang a towel. When the management were questioned about not informing us about the ongoing construction before our 6 night stay (we would’ve cancelled if told), we got no reply. As a hostel for young kids, would be okay. But if advertising as a hotel, much improvement is needed.

the location is excellent, nice staff, and the air conditioner is awesome, traditional breakfast included. we saw a iguana in our window, we love it.

they are doing some work in the reception and was pretty noisy at night late and early in the morning, we found many bugs in the bathroom.

It had A.C. and a good location. I'd say fairly good value for money.

I know it's not really the hostels mistake, but I was the only woman in a room with 4 men, of whom 2 50+ and the older guys were in the bed next and below me. It made me very uncomfortable as they were noisy, and walking with bare chest. I'd rather have them put me in a room with at least another woman.

Location was walk able to businesses and 10 minutes to the beach.

Location was decent. Close to beach and food

Shared kitchen is a joke. No water for guests to drink. Fridge was disgusting and filled with rotting food.
