The Space:

This stylish two-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and functionality, making it ideal for families or small groups of up to 4 guests.



The apartment features a bright and spacious open-plan living area with an equipped kitchen (no oven and compact refrigerator), dining space, and a cozy lounge with a comfortable sofa and smart TV, perfect for relaxing or spending time together after a day exploring Málaga. The kitchen is well-appointed for everyday use, although it does not include a traditional oven.



The layout includes two well-separated bedrooms: a guest bedroom a single bed, a sofa bed in the livingrrom and a master bedroom with a king-size bed, offering a calm and restful atmosphere.



In addition to a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, the apartment also features a separate guest toilet, providing extra comfort and convenience for groups.



Overall, the space is designed to offer both privacy and shared comfort, creating a balanced and welcoming environment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the apartment. The property is part of a tourist building with a shared main entrance, staircase, and elevator, which are used by other guests staying in the building.



The Neighborhood:

Alice Suites Málaga is located in El Perchel Sur, one of the city’s most authentic and lively residential neighborhoods, offering guests a true local experience while staying on a quiet street with no through traffic.



El Perchel is one of Málaga’s oldest districts, historically known as a traditional fishing barrio. Its name comes from the “percheles”—wooden racks used by fishermen to dry their catch by the sea. Although the coastline has since evolved, the neighborhood still preserves its strong local identity, maritime roots, and vibrant community atmosphere.



Just 50 meters away, you’ll find the iconic Mercado del Carmen, located next to the Church of El Carmen, home to the Virgen del Carmen, the revered protector of fishermen. The market is a daily hub of life in the area, where locals gather to enjoy fresh regional products, seafood, coffee spots, tapas bars, and casual dining—a must-visit to experience Málaga’s culinary culture.



Despite its authentic, residential feel, the location is exceptionally central:

- 10 minutes walk to Málaga’s historic city center

- 15 minutes walk to the beach and its famous chiringuitos

- 400 meters to María Zambrano train and main bus station (direct connections to the airport)

- Walking distance to major shopping centers



Because of its central location and traditional urban layout, many streets in El Perchel are narrow and parking is limited, with most areas operating under paid blue-zone parking. For this reason, we do not recommend arriving by car. The good news is that you won’t need one—everything is within easy walking distance or well connected by public transport.



Staying here means enjoying the perfect balance between local life and convenience: a vibrant neighborhood full of character, yet peaceful, well-connected, and just steps away from everything Málaga has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around is very easy, as the property is located in a central area where most key attractions are within walking distance. The historic city center, beach, shopping areas, and local amenities can all be reached on foot.



For longer distances or added convenience, there are excellent public transport options nearby, including multiple bus lines, a metro station, and the main train station just 400 meters away, offering direct connections to the airport and other parts of the province.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is located in a building with multiple tourist units and features a shared entrance, staircase, and elevator. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, so we kindly ask guests to respect neighbors.



Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven. Parking in the area is limited and mostly paid (blue zone), so a car is not recommended.



For security, cameras are installed in common areas (entrance and staircases only).
