Each home follows the same layout:

• Primary suite — king bed, spa-style en-suite (upstairs)

• Queen room + room with a pair of twins — share a second full bath

• Queen guest room — private full bath (main level)



Each home’s main level opens into a bright living area with a smart TV that leads out to the patio, plus a fully equipped kitchen, a casual dining spot and in-home laundry.



Lined up side by side (and across the courtyard), the three live as one — 12 bedrooms, 9 full baths, 3 kitchens and 3 pools, with easy room for 24.

Off-street parking is right out front, and the privacy-fenced courtyard and saltwater pool are yours for the stay.

Getting Around:

We provide complimentary off street parking right in front of the property, making it easy to arrive by car and explore the island at your own pace. While Folly Beach is best enjoyed on foot or by bicycle given our prime location just steps from the ocean and Center Street, visitors typically fly into Charleston International Airport, which is approximately a thirty minute drive from the home. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area if you prefer not to drive during your stay.

The saltwater plunge pools can be heated on request (for an additional fee)
