Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The south end of Guelph is a modern, family-focused area known for its master-planned communities like Westminster Woods and Pineridge, featuring mostly detached and townhouse-style homes built from the 1990s onward. It’s highly popular with families and young professionals due to its top-rated schools, convenient access to Highway 6 and the 401, and ample shopping at Stone Road Mall and along Gordon Street.
