Summary:

Kick back and relax in this newly remodeled cottage. Directly across from the dog friendly beach just a short walk. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, walk a few doors down for lunch or dinner with a great ocean view. Flagler is known as a surfer town with its laid-back, retro Florida beach town vibe, with a focus on natural beauty and a slower pace of life. Cottage 2 is pet friendly up to 2 dogs with strict 25lb max per dog. $25 per dog per night.



The Space:

Our cottages are clean, comfortable, and on the smaller side—perfect for a cozy stay. This two-bedroom, one-bath unit accommodates up to four guests, with a queen bed in each bedroom. The unit includes a small kitchen equipped with a two-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, and toaster (please note there is no oven). Guests can also enjoy a private front deck, perfect for relaxing outdoors.



Please take a look at the photos so you know what to expect. Each unit has a small water heater, so we recommend shorter showers or spacing them out a bit. We’ve done our best to lay everything out efficiently to maximize the space.



A shared washer and dryer are available, at the back of the building for guest use. laundry soap is not provided. Please note: Parking is limited, one parking space only is available per unit. You can park additional cars if public spaces are available on 18th street a block away.



Absolutely No smoking in cottage.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to your cozy two bedroom cottage. Enjoy your own private front deck, which is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere. Inside, you have complete use of the kitchen, living area, and bathroom. Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities located at the back of the building for all guests to use. Parking is limited to one dedicated space per unit, and there is beach access just steps away across the street.

Whether you are here to catch the waves or simply soak up the sun, our neighborhood offers the quintessential Florida beach experience.
