ABOUT THIS SPACE
With 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths and room for a large group, Lunar Tides sleeps 22. There's room for the whole crew. It's a two-story home where everyone can spread out all day and still end up together at night.

Step inside and the home theater is right there on your right: three rows of recliners and surround sound, ready for movie night with the whole crew. Down the hall, the downstairs master is the first of five king suites, each with its own en-suite bath, a quiet retreat for grandparents or anyone who wants a little distance from the fun upstairs.

The heart of the house is the open kitchen, living and dining area. Cook together on the double-oven range with an air fryer, blender, crock pot, bakeware, toaster and dishwasher, then gather around the long dining table or pull up a stool at the island. Mornings start at the coffee bar with espresso, drip and pods. The living room has big sectionals and an oversized TV for game day.

Upstairs is where the kids disappear. The game room pairs a casino-style poker table with arcade games, including Pac-Man and an arcade basketball shooter. Every bedroom opens off the upstairs gathering space and has its own TV and bathroom.

Lunar Tides sits in Harbor Island, a gated community in Melbourne Beach on Florida's Space Coast. Guests get gated beach access through the Harbor Island Beach Club, with covered restrooms and outdoor showers, and Coconut Point Park beach is about a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood also has a resort-style community pool and docks on the bay for sunset strolls.

PARKING
Free driveway parking for 2 vehicles is included. The home is in a gated HOA community, so please message us before booking if your group is bringing more than two cars and we'll help you plan. With self check-in there's no key handoff: park, punch in your code and start unloading.

HOUSE RULES
- No parties, events or unregistered guests. The main guest is responsible for everyone who enters the home.
- No smoking or vaping, inside or outside.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Dogs only, added to the reservation.
- Children must be supervised by an adult 21+ at the pool and hot tub. No lifeguard; no glass near the water; cover the hot tub when finished.
- No glitter or hair dye in the home.
- Bag all trash and place it in the bin by the garage (HOA rule).
- Please don't book outside Airbnb Experiences during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire home to yourselves. Check-in is after 5:00 PM with smart lock self check-in, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. After booking, you'll complete our rental agreement with ID upload through our booking software. Our digital welcome guide answers most questions, and Lance & Micaela are always a message away during your stay.

GOOD TO KNOW

Our rental agreement states 50% due when you book and the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.

Fees for broken rules (also in your rental agreement): glitter $1,000; hair dye $500+; smoking or vaping $750; parties or unregistered guests $750 deep clean plus immediate removal with no refund; unapproved pet $250; trash left out (HOA) $100; biohazard cleanup $500; hot tub drain and clean $250; late check-out without approval $50 per 20 minutes. Please shower before using the hot tub, skip lotions and sunscreen in the water, and replace the cover with clips attached when done. Check-outs aren't available on major federal holidays.
