Upstairs the attractive double bedroom is spacious and has views across the garden. There is a comfortable twin bedroom and a good sized single bedroom. The bathroom is well equipped with a bath with overhead power shower, wash hand basin and W.C.

The wonderful garden can be accessed from the dining area which has French doors opening onto the terrace where you can sit, relax and enjoy watching the wildlife. There are steps leading down to a beautiful large lawn area, further along the garden there is a small bridge and at the end of the garden you can walk across some stone steps which lead onto a footpath, and then crossing National Trust fields, it is within walking distance of the Jurassic Coast, approximately a twenty minute walk to Dancing Ledge and just 10 minutes walk to Priests Way.

There is parking for one car on the driveway and additional parking on the road at the front of the property.

Langton Matravers is located approximately 2 miles west of Swanage, 5 miles south east of Corfe Castle and within easy reach of Worth Matravers and many of the quaint local villages and wonderful beaches.
