Relax in the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably seats up to four guests. The hallway leads to the bedroom, featuring a super king-size bed with a premium mattress and triple wardrobe. A characterful bathroom with WC, sink and walk in shower can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway. Outside, a charming bench awaits, ideal for enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine.



The apartment constitutes the entire basement of a late C18th Town House in the old kitchen and servants' hall. The historic features have been preserved including the original servants' bells.



A private off street parking space can be booked separately by using the Just Park app and searching 'Camden Row'.

Getting Around:

Everything is within easy reach on foot. There is an excellent bus service in the centre of the city if you prefer to catch a bus up the hill. The train station is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment with train services to London, the coast and The Midlands.



Other Things to Note:

This property is unsuitable for guests who have limited mobility due to the stairs to the entrance.
