La Passion Elegance Hotel & Spa

Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff especially Jack and Orianna at the front t bench and Annie in the buffet were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is new, modern, and spotlessly clean, with well-equipped rooms that are perfect even for longer stays. My room had a lovely street view, and one of my favourite moments each morning was opening the curtains, enjoying a cup of coffee, and watching the city slowly wake up as locals went about their day. The staff truly made our stay special. Special thanks to Mike and Jason for being incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The entire front desk team was equally warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The breakfast team also deserves a special mention for their excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, although a little more rotation in the hot dishes would be a great addition for guests staying several days. The gym was not yet fully set up during our visit, but the available facilities were still useful, and everything felt fresh and new. The spa also appeared to be ready, although we didn't get the chance to use it. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Hanoi's Old Quarter and only minutes on foot from the famous Dong Xuan Market. Cafés and spas are conveniently located around the surrounding streets, while other attractions are easily accessible by Grab, which is readily available and affordable. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again! A modern, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location, made even better by a genuinely wonderful team. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and well taken care of.

For a 5-star hotel, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! We are a vegan and vegetarian couple, and we were especially impressed with how amazing the breakfast was. There were delicious options for us, and we honestly looked forward to waking up every morning to see what food they had prepared! The staff were always attentive, genuine, and incredibly sweet. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was always clean and was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Everything is within walking distance, with easy access to the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and cafes. We highly recommend this hotel! It is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and we would definitely stay here again. ❤️

The only thing we didn’t like was that the shampoo and body wash dispensers were not properly filled. The products seemed quite diluted, as if water had been added. Other than that, everything was great!
