Very central location
Modern flat
Good size
Great amenities such as toiletries and equipment available
Very informative notes on the property
WiFi very quick
Batteries dead in tv remote so no tv available
Slight smoke smell inside room later on in the evening
People always smoking outside the front door and they were not very child/pram friendly when we tried to go in. No courtesy shown towards having a young child

The flat was very clean and very convenient. The host gave us clear check-in instructions

We liked the kitchen furniture, the place was clean and comfortable. We had lots of things for cleaning to use and all the stuff for kitchen. Very spacious and welcoming property, felt like home. The fans were great for a hot summer day in Brighton.
The shower was not great as the water came rather too hot or too cold and the shower door was not closing properly. The internet was quite slow, also would be good to have a small iron.
