Seaford has quite few pubs and very friendly people. Loved the location, having a coffee every morning watching the sea & the sunset. Very clean, comfy beds loved decor, pictures, mirrors upstairs & dining table. Kitchen well equipped, cooked a Sunday roast. Always great to have a downstairs toilet. Outdoor furniture & sunbeds. Nice & quiet. Ice cream van across road all-day, outdoor café across the road to the right & a sauna. Great fish & chip shop & convenience store at top of hill 10min walk. Park & field to take dogs left & left again, carry on walking and left to Morrisons/town. We had great food at the Boot & The Wellington Hotel. Would definitely come back and stay at Sea Breeze accommodation next year. 2nd time I have stayed in the hosts houses and always found communication with Tobias excellent.

Loved everything but maybe to have a mirror in downstairs loo or living room :)
