The hotel's facilities are excellent, from the number of rooms, room size and shape, to ceiling height, as well as the gym and location. These amenities make it exceptionally good value for money compared to other hotels.

The condition of the house, including its repairs and cleanliness, is worrying. The toilet leaks all night, the walls have very poor sound insulation, the bedside lamp is broken, the radiator seems itchy, and the doorknobs are loose. These are all things that could be fixed at a low cost, but no one seems to care about the front desk. The service staff's quality is also inconsistent. One young lady is very helpful and can solve any problem for guests, but two others are very impatient and have a poker face. Disputes are also frequently seen at the front desk. The room cleaning service was irregular; guests had to fetch their own slippers and bottled water, and the staff didn't proactively clean the rooms. These are all areas where service can be improved.
