The location, it was just side of the lake and the view from the room was pretty nice

The access road was bit rough and narrow from the main road

We had a very pleasant stay at Water Park Suites. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and comfortable. We especially appreciated the cleanliness, good service, and attention given to guests throughout our stay. Overall, Water Park Suites offers excellent value and a comfortable experience. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

The property sits next to the canal, which is a lovely view and also makes it cooler due to breeze from the water. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with everything required for a comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Shops and cafes are within 10-15 mins walk.

We needed to walk up towards Pagoda road to get an Uber. Check with staff if you are having troubles getting one ordered.

The staff are undoubtedly the highlight of this property. Their kindness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality stood out throughout our stay. They did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and for that, they truly deserve recognition.

Unfortunately, our overall experience at the property was quite disappointing. The website did not mention that the restaurant was under renovation, which was a major concern for us, as having a working restaurant on the property was important. The property is also located quite far from the main road, making it inconvenient to find alternative dining options. Another issue was the number of mosquitoes around the property. They were not only present outdoors but also inside our room, which made our stay uncomfortable. The surrounding area was equally disappointing, with a significant amount of garbage scattered around the vicinity. Although the property has a lake view that could have been beautiful, the amount of litter outside unfortunately took away from the experience. Considering all these factors, I would not recommend this property at this time. I believe the management should address these concerns and, most importantly, clearly inform guests about ongoing renovations before they make a booking.
