Super clean, convenient access to Shibuya, the futons are comfortable, the water pressure is good, and the owner lives just upstairs so he can help for anything.

Loved the 2 sets of towels and the offer to make up the downstairs sofa if I needed it. Loved the washer/dryer machine with soap available for use in the unit. So grateful for the extra hospitality while I was sick - fresh ground hot coffee, fresh cut fruit, and homemade chicken soup. The window shades made it easier to adjust to the time change and get some sleep after the 5a sunrise. Grateful the unit had both heat and AC.. Fabulous hot water kettle. Small fans placed strategically to cool you while sleeping was amazing. Slippers to use when you come in and take off your shoes was nice.

Need some hooks to hang a jacket or purse when you come in.

The property had plenty of room and very clean.
