We stayed here as a family with our dog for 11 nights in October, primarily looking to chill out and relax. The property was perfect for us and fully met our expectations. We recommend it! In early October, we were still able to swim in both the pool and the sea — though I assume the water was a bit cooler and the days shorter than in the summer. On the plus side, there were very few tourists, so no crowds at all! Pros: - Very clean. - The house has a very practical layout. - A spacious terrace with a sea view; the sunrise in the morning is well worth watching. By opening the sliding glass doors, you can seamlessly connect the terrace with the living room. - The abundance of sliding glass doors is a fantastic feature—you can open various ones depending on your needs, whether for ventilation or stepping outside. - Large swimming pool and a variety of trees/shrubs in the garden—a pleasant and attractive setting for relaxation. - Well-equipped house; some items were likely left behind by previous guests (e.g., a coffee machine + coffee, dishwasher tablets, a beach umbrella, laundry detergent, a washing machine and dryer, a telescope, mosquito repellent, a Bluetooth speaker, etc.). - Great, expansive sandy beaches are about an 8-minute drive away (in my opinion, better than those I’ve seen in places like St. Tropez); smaller, rockier beaches are closer (a car is necessary given the location). A shop and a bakery are about a 5-minute drive away; the bakery stays open until late evening. The Spar store near the sea is more expensive than, for example, the large Auchan hypermarket, which is about a 15-minute drive away. - A projector is available for watching movies (e.g., via Netflix). - You can reach places like St. Tropez or Cannes in about 45 minutes by car, and St. Raphaël in about 20 minutes.

Drawbacks: - In October, mosquitoes would appear outdoors for a while in the evening, making it difficult to sit outside—especially on the pool side. There were significantly fewer mosquitoes on the terrace facing the sea. Mosquito repellent was provided at the property, so this didn't pose a real problem.
