Great location. It is a bit far from the center, but the neighborhood is really good. It's a 15-20min walk from the metro and there's also a bus stop right next to the place and a super market close by.
Very clean, and the cleaning staff seemed very nice as well!
The only problem that we faced was the smell coming from the bathroom. There is no ventilation and you can't escape the smell. I was out all day and when I returned the whole room smelled bad. For me this is something that needs tending to.

It was easy to find (it matches the google position), and very very clean, which I like. Room is also very spacious and nicely minimalistic, a bit dungeon-style but there is a small window in it. Basic modern furniture, in general all new, maybe kettle would be nice to have. Airport is well accessible from it and that was my goal.
Walls are thin so I could hear all the neighbours taking shower at midnight, couldn't sleep. There was also noise from trafic outside and with air condition instead of open window, the sheets were too thin and I was cold. Numbers are slightly chaotic so it was tricky to find the room. The artificial smell and permanent green light on was a bit bothering too.
