Lovely stay in a very nice and comfortable flat. We were able to check in early and collect the key easily from reception which made everything very convenient for us.

View of the river is wonderful.

Access to the entire flat, with really good location and view. Comfortable stay throughout with nice staff and complete service.
A few amenities missing carpet in bathroom or bowls, but nothing too big. Bring your own shower gel as toiletries not provided.

Location is perfect if you need work in Canary Wharf.
Check in process needs changed, getting the address, a check in time and then standing outside for ages wasn’t great. Did see the other reviews about dirt or broken beds etc, I didn’t have that problem. Bit unfair to blame your man who owns this place for the lobby smelling of cigarette smoke, too. The apartment doesn’t.
