The place is spacious, with plenty of room for larger groups of families or friends. A fully equipped kitchen is provided, with Nescafé coffee pods. The location is also very close to the aquarium. There are two convenience stores nearby.

The communication and check-in. Also, one of the ground-floor rooms smelled damp. When we arrived, there was a problem with the key locker they used(clearly it was old and rusty). It took all of us to try to open it and we eventually opened it with some force by the strongest person in our group, being afraid of breaking the locker. The whole process took us about half an hour to 40 mins to finally be able to go into the house. While trying to open the key locker, we contacted them on phone/whatsapp, and all the 'help' we got was to ask us to try again or to take a video of how we tried to open the locker, as though we're somewhat stupid of not knowing how nor didn't follow the instruction. To say the least, that was a total disaster. FYI: They outsourced the assistant team to Southeast Asia, so beware: if anything happens, you might not be able to get help immediately.
