Ein wunderschönes Apartment! Neu und richtig schön eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man brauch. Neben der Waschmaschine und Trockner auch Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Haartrockner. Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel sowie eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung. Küchenausstattung erlaubt das Kochen wirklich wie Zuhause. Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. I travelled with my niece, and the spacious layout gave us both plenty of comfort and privacy. The location is excellent — close to the metro and tram, with easy access to Alexanderplatz, and right next to the historic Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Straße. The neighbourhood is lovely, with charming cafés, small shops and a very pleasant residential atmosphere. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable. The large windows offer pleasant views of the street and garden, while the curtains provide excellent privacy and darkness at night. The building itself is modern and attractive, with very good natural insulation and excellent soundproofing. Paula and Patrick were extremely kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. If I return to Berlin, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily give it 10/10!
