The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, friendly service, and the overall atmosphere of the property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

Location was good to allow access to Knuckles Ranges. Railin a manager was helpful, we met him On our second day. Rooms and beds were comfortable.
On our arrival, staff were flustered, unable to communicate in English with us. Their frustration was compounded by a power outage. Rooms were not cooled, nor could they provide refreshments, cold drinks etc we had arrived tired, hot and sweaty.
