The room was good for the price we paid. Front desk staff were very friendly and helping. Breakfast was good and variety of items were there.
The fact that we had to ask the housekeeping every time to clean the room and provide us with towels. We literally had to ask three times a day. And we were three persons using one face towel..

Room was very nice. They don't provide iron in the room, but they have is downstairs. But I guess generally, it's not common here to provide iron in each room. Breakfast was amazing, they have a lot of options and delicious food. Staffs actually look a bit tired, maybe because they need to stay 24 hours. I hope they have enough rest.
Maybe the place to eat was a bit hot and feels a bit stuffy due to weather, can improve with better air conditioning.

Room was large, quiet, clean and comfortable.
When we arrived at 5pm there were no towels available. We were told 30 minutes. OK. By 8pm there were still no towels and we were told 30 minutes. I set a timer and went back to the desk after 30 minutes. Still no towels. When I complained, the young man started arguing with me that it has only been 10 minutes. After my husband went down to complain, it took another 15 minutes before 1 bath towel and 3 hand towels were finally delivered. Absolutely unacceptable.
