Very comfortable and quiet. The location has a mixture of good and not-so-good housing and residents, but we felt comfortable when walking around. The flat is really convenient for the Great Central Railway, which we were visiting that weekend, but also an easy walk to the town centre, shops and buses etc.
All the facilities in the flat were very good. It was very smart and clean. A great home to get up in, and to come home to after a busy day.
Small things: The shower temperature is not so easy to get right, but once fixed can be confidently left.
Plastic or wooden spoons for the non-stick saucepans are needed.

A wonderful apartment in Loughborough. It's a very spacious, welcoming apartment. It has two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a nice modern bathroom with rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable big living room with ample sofa and chairs and a dining area. The apartment is lovely, a lot of beautiful touches, furnished with love and care. The rooms have blackout blinds, big wardrobes and mirrors. It's absolutely perfect. And the host is so welcoming and friendly and has plenty of fantastic recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner spots!
If you have a lot of luggage just be aware that there is no elevator, but the apartment is only one flight of stairs up.

The Appartment was Immaculately clean , the hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable . With this being new to booking.com there were a couple of small teething problems but they were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Nigel
