Posizione, pulizia, ordine, parcheggio

Ottima accoglienza, struttura moderna e con ottima insonorizzazione.

Direi nulla

apartment is new and have new equipment

The accommodation has great potential, but it lacks attention to detail. Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately struck by an unpleasant odor—the smell of old frying oil from cooking fish. We reported the issue, and I must admit the property responded very quickly. Maintenance staff visited the apartment the following day while we were out, but their only solution was to open the windows (the problem persisted throughout our entire stay). This negatively affected our comfort and enjoyment, and we were not offered an alternative apartment. Additionally, there were visible signs of poor cleaning in both the apartment and the common areas.
