The apartment was very clean, the host was fantastic to correspond with and the distance to walk to mosiac stadium seriously can't be beat! We had a great stay and I feel the host has done everything they can to provide a clean and comfortable stay.

The location is really quite bad, in terms of homelessness and unsavoury people. Though I knew this area of Regina isn't great, I didn't expect to feel as unsafe outside as I did. One plus, though, is that once you are in the door, it is very secure and safe indeed. I am grateful for the security of the building and the security camera out front was a great spot for our vehicle. Also, I recommend that if you don't like ultra-firm pillows to bring your own. The bed and pillows are microfoam. Some people love but I found it difficult to sleep on such a firm and tall pillow. That's simply a preference, however!
