The property was clean, had clear instructions on how to go inside and inside felt luxury and cute and also for the price it was amazing. Will come back hopefully!!
Front of property should be cleaned out as bins were filled. Not that fussed tho about it

I liked that this was close to the tube station and good value for money. All facilities were provided, along with cleanliness. We were accommodated where required.
The shower pipe was leaking which added a bit of challenge due to the small size of the washroom, and ventilation can be improved as well. The check-in/check-out times are not standard to other hotels which made it difficult for us to adjust with. Customer service can be improved.

The place was very clean, nice and quiet location, comfortable, felt like home.
The shower was broken and all through my stay, no one came to clean the room or empty the rubbish.
