The apartment is very new and everything about it including fittings reflects that. WIFI was excellent as was the balcony. The apartment is very secure safety wise.
Nothing really. The only issue I had was finding it once arriving by train. Even a local taxi driver struggled to do so but he did his absolute best. Having said this, there is a quick way to the apartment once off the train - just do not go into the main station but walk in the opposite direction on the platform and head down the ramp at the far end. Turn right after that…

The apartment was extremely clean and new. Spacious and good quality
It was lacking a toaster and iron which we have had in previous properties.
Surrounding still under construction and derelict buildings surrounding property.
We found the apartment hard to find.
Drilling noises in mornings were a little tiresome.
