Ho trascorso una settimana presso questa struttura scelta tra le tante, e sono rimasto assolutamente soddisfatto in quanto ho avuto il piacere di essere accolto dal Sig. Konstantinos come se fossi a casa, che si è mostrata nei miei riguardi come una delle persone più accoglienti e generose che io abbia mai conosciuto prima. La sua disponibilità e la sua ottima capacità gestionale ha fatto si che il mio soggiorno è stato dei migliori mai ricevuti prima. La struttura è impeccabile, localizzata in una posizione dalla quale è facilmente raggiungibile il centro storico di Chania, oltre ad avere tutti i diversi servizi vicini. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort in un ambiente molto elegante e ben curato, funzionante tutto al 100%. Il servizio di pulizia camera non è da meno, struttura pulitissima. Se tornerei a Chania? Solo se troverò disponibilità presso questa struttura!!!

The location is excellent, and the private parking is a huge plus, especially since finding a safe parking spot in the city can be quite difficult. We were able to leave the car there and easily walk to the old town. The owner is very friendly and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed, including recommendations for places to visit. The accommodation is new, modern and very clean. Even an umbrella was provided, which turned out to be really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Moya and from the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a property where every detail has been carefully thought through. There was genuinely nothing negative about our stay. The attention to detail is impressive, not only in the design and construction of the apartment, but also in the way everything functions. It is brand new, beautifully designed, extremely clean and feels like a place that was created with guests’ comfort in mind. The location is honestly difficult to improve. You have everything you need nearby, while still being in a very quiet and safe area. In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the main road and easily head towards the famous beaches of Crete, while in about 3 minutes you can be in the heart of Chania. You can even walk to the city centre in around 10 minutes. For us, it was the perfect combination of convenience, tranquillity and accessibility. The apartment itself was fantastic. The modern furniture, the quality of the construction, the spotless cleanliness and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel more like a luxury home than a typical holiday apartment. The internet connection was also exceptionally fast and reliable, which was a huge advantage for us as we were able to comfortably have work meetings remotely during our stay. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise, generous, high-quality and more than enough to start the day. And then there is Konstantinos. He was genuinely one of the highlights of our stay. Extremely kind, welcoming and always available whenever we needed anything, while never being intrusive. His attention to his guests is exactly what you hope for when booking a place like this. We have stayed in quite a few properties at similar prices, and honestly, Moya stands clearly above all of them. If you are looking to explore Chania while enjoying modern luxury, comfort, peace and an excellent location, I really cannot think of a better choice. A true 10/10 experience.
