The location! Super close to shops and restaurants while not being on the main touristy strip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre and everything is walking distance. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. Room was cleaned daily and staff were there to answer any questions or provide anything needed. Was text well in advance before arriving to the property by staff to see if I needed anything at the property before I arrived which was a nice touch. Room was spotless upon arrival, bed was comfy and also had a smart TV with all the apps. Air con was good also. Would definitely recommend staying here.
Being picky but water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. Shower would be powerful then would run very slowly as if it was starting and stopping. Bathroom sink tap was the same.

The location was great, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine in the bathroom, which were very useful during our stay. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in Ubud.
The apartment looked nice at first, but after spending some time there, we noticed that the cleaning could have been better. Some areas needed more attention, and the photos didn’t show these small problems.
We were also surprised by the deposit, as we couldn’t find any information about it on Booking. The check-out process was confusing too. According to the instructions we received, we only needed to leave the key, but we had to wait for the staff to check the apartment before getting our deposit back. This was inconvenient because we had planned to leave early.

The location is also great. Can’t be more centric. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. 10/10🙏🏻
