ASAI Gamuda Cove

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here during their grand opening, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The property is beautiful, modern, and has a fantastic atmosphere. The entire staff deserves immense praise for their exceptional hospitality—with a special callout to Winnie, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and highly responsive despite the busy opening period! The only minor setback was room maintenance, as there were a few minor defects in the room that need to be prioritized and resolved. However, this didn't take away from an otherwise great stay. It was wonderful to be a part of their opening, and I highly recommend this hotel. Please keep up the great work in the long run as well—I look forward to returning soon!

My only issue was with some minor defects in the room that required attention. (i.e. Faulty plugpoint near to the tea/coffee maker station)

1. Room, new and clean. 2. Play area for kids which is also good hangout place for adults. 3. Covered car parks

Breakfast. 1. spread was disappointing, imagine no sausage and no other protein aside from chicken ham. Fried rice was bad. 2. Coffee machine that always run out of milk. 3. Not enough cups. 4. Toaster that can't really toast, bread run through the toaster 5 times but still came out white ! No peanut butter, there is like green panda jam and caramel sauce :O 5. Overall F&B management and experience needs to be improved. Heard alot of other guests complaining as well that they have to wait for plates and cups to be replenished. 6. Since the nearest convenience stores are driving distance (2-3mins away), why not put pop up convenience store or vending machine at the hotel? 7. Staff wasnt well trained despite after 1 month of opening, my booking came with breakfast but staff can't confirm from system and needs to check and double check with seniors... 8. Self checking in and out machine doesn't really serve it's purpose, tried self check in and out but it doesn't work ! Check in can't trace my booking and checking out requires payment of tourism tax RM5 but can't be done at the machine lmao.
