Stayed there many times before, location is good, comfortable beds. Easy to understand check in instructions.
Maybe add a bath matt in the bathroom, here's why. When guests get out of the bathroom, they leave water on the floor. Because there's no matt. When another guests enters thr bathroom, the bathroom appears dirty or neglected.

Ideal place for a short stay in London. I stopped here before taking the Eurostar and it was perfect — quiet, comfortable, and very handy for getting to St Pancras. Great value and exactly what I needed for an overnight stay.
Access to the building wasn't straightforward but very quickly resolved over a couple of messages.
