Generally we liked the apartment,it was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet as said on their description. Pictures match the real view. It was convenient it was close enough to get groceries, some takeaway places and a great kids playground nearby but there were things that would make us think twice before choosing this property again

The main downside for us was that the apartment is located on the 9th floor and the elevator broke on our second day there so we had to go up and down the stairs to and from the 9th floor with two small kids and a pushchair. We reported this issue and we received a sorry message but no solution/alternative has been offered so if you are considering staying here keep in mind there is a chance that the elevator might break and you will have to walk up and down the stairs of the 9th floor. Even when we used the lift, it was very small, we could not go all together inside, we had to do two trips. Another thing that we didn't appreciate is excessive communication from the host,to some people it might be a positive thing but for me it was stressful to keep receiving so many different messages almost everyday - regarding spa offer, house rules, sending guest passport pictures, separate external payment link for city tax, check in instructions etc its just not necessary, all we wanted was to book our acommodation and enjoy our stay, not spend everyday looking at and replying to emails to our host. I recommend that everything you need to communicate is put in 1 or 2 messages and not 6-7.

Ubytovanie bolo čisté, útulné a navyše nás zaujal neskutočný výhľad z balkóna. Apartmán sa nachádza vo veľmi dobrej lokalite, mali sme tam všetko potrebné či už detské ihrisko, reštauráciu, obchod, zastávku autobusu. Taktiež apartmán je komplet zariadený, nič nám nechýbalo. Pri ďalšej návšteve si opäť radi rezervujeme práve tento apartmán.

Nemáme čo vytknúť.
